Pallbearer (1996)

Tom Thomson [David Schwimmer] called upon to play pallbearer by the mother of a young man he really didn't know. In the course of the relationship that develops with the mother he even sleeps with her, as it turns out, because of his sympathy for her. But he is in love with another girl his age [Gwynneth Paltrow]. This provokes, surprisingly enough, feelings of jealousy in the mother. It's quite a job for him to extricate himself out of this.
